    Our planner Kassidy was absolutely outstanding! From the very first phone call I felt so comfortable working with her and she understood my wedding and vibe vision perfectly. Throughout the 3 months working with her she was great and responding to emails quickly, reaching out to my vendors and organizing zoom calls where we frequently went through the day-of timing and full wedding plan. Without her my wedding wouldn't have been the same! I even had guests saying how on point my wedding planner seemed and how smooth the whole even went. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Kassidy!

    We worked with the Event Design Co. for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We highly recommend them! Rachael was our lead planner and was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely organized, attentive to detail, and professional. She made the planning process so enjoyable and stress-free. On the day itself, everything went smoothly. We felt like guests at our own wedding, we had such a wonderful time, and Rachael helped us create a celebration that felt like “us”. We’re so grateful to have found this amazing team and can’t thank them enough for bringing our vision to life.

    We had Alexa and Michela on the day of our wedding to help execute all of the things I had worked so hard to create for a year and a half and everything turned out amazing. If I hadn’t had them there it would’ve been a disaster! They worked so hard behind the scenes to keep everything running on time and according to the schedule, and helped set up all the things that I didn’t have time to set up! If you think you’ll have time on your wedding day to do set up, let me tell you the day FLIES by and you do not have time- so do yourself a favour and hire the Event Design Co team because they are amazing!

    We had the absolute pleasure of working with Samantha and Katie from The Event Design Co to plan our wedding at my husband’s family cottage in Muskoka this September, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Sam brought creativity, calm, and incredible attention to detail to every step of the planning process. She transformed a sentimental space into the most magical wedding venue. Every element—from the layout and décor to the timeline and vendor coordination—was executed flawlessly. Sam anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and made the entire day feel so effortless and carefree. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the day was and how smooth everything ran, from start to finish. We are endlessly grateful for everything she did to make our day unforgettable.
