Our Cleaning Services
We offer flexible hourly options and easy-to-book tiered packages—you choose what works best for your space, your needs, and your budget.

Hourly Cleaning Rates (Per Cleaner)
Standard Cleaning: $38/hour
Deep Cleaning / Move-In/Out: $45/hour
Event & Emergency Cleaning: $55/hour
Minimum booking: 2 hours
Team sizes vary depending on the size and urgency of the job
Travel fee may apply for locations over 40km from our service base

Tiered Cleaning Packages
1. Light Touch – $75–80
(2 hours / 1 cleaner)

Surface wipe-down of common areas
Kitchen counters, sinks, stovetop
Bathroom toilet/sink wipe
Vacuum and mop
Garbage and recycling removal

2. Standard Shine – $150–160
(4 hours / 1 cleaner)

All Light Touch services
Full kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Dusting of furniture and shelving
Bed making and general tidying
Spot-cleaning smudges on walls or doors

3. Deep Reset – $270–300
(6 hours / 1 cleaner or 3 hours with 2 cleaners)

All Standard Shine services
Inside of fridge and oven
Scrubbing baseboards and window ledges
Behind/under furniture
Grout and high-touch point sanitizing

4. Event Clean – $600–650
(8 total hours, 2 cleaners – pre and post event)

Pre-event sweep and sanitization
Bathroom prep, guest-facing areas cleaned
Post-event cleanup: floors, washrooms, garbage removal
Optional: during-event touch-up at $60/hour

Business Bright Package – Starting at $420/month

What areas do you service?

We proudly serve Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador. Travel outside a 40 km radius from our local base may include a small travel fee.

. What’s your minimum booking time?

We require a minimum of 2 hours per visit, whether you book hourly or a package.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all necessary supplies, including eco-friendly products. If you prefer we use your products or equipment, just let us know.

How do I book a service?

You can contact us directly through our Festiivize profile, email, or phone. Let us know your preferred date, type of cleaning, and any specific needs—we’ll confirm availability and send you a quote.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Many clients provide access and return when cleaning is complete. We’re professional, respectful, and happy to work with your schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer, credit card, and invoice-based payments for businesses. Payment details will be confirmed during booking.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover staffing.

Are your cleaners insured and trained?

Yes. Our team is insured, experienced, and trained in residential, commercial, and event-specific cleaning practices.

Can I book cleaning for an event venue?

Absolutely. We offer Event Clean Packages that cover pre-event prep, during-event touch-ups (optional), and full post-event cleanups.

Do you clean Airbnbs or rental properties?

Yes, we provide cleaning services for short-term rentals, including turnover service and monthly maintenance. Ask about our Business Bright plan.

Can I add extra services to a package?

Yes! You can add one-time extras like oven or fridge cleaning, laundry folding, or baseboard detailing to any package for a flat fee. Just let us know in advance
